Wallball

The Wall Ball, also known as the Medicine Ball, is a fun and fairly easy way to train fast movements, speed and strength. A major advantage of this exercise is safety. Everyone knows how to throw, catch or move a ball, so only minimal instruction is required. This Wall Ball is available in 6kg, 9kg and 12kg.

The wall ball has a limited risk of injury while still allowing you to perform dynamic movements. This makes it ideal for both beginners and advanced athletes.
