Warranty

We find it important that you can use our products without any problems. We do everything we can to deliver products with high quality and a long lifespan. In the case of a defective product, you have right to a free repair, a new product or a refund of your money.

The legal warranty applies to all articles that you buy at the Obstacle Shop. Legal guarantee means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

In addition, each item also comes with a manufacturer's warranty of at least 1 year. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged through negligence, vandalism, improper use, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. The warranty on obstacle courses and obstacle rigs is 2 years and applies only if we carry out annual inspection and maintenance. All stainless steel products have a 5-year warranty.

Any specific issues related to one of our products with which you are not satisfied will be assessed by us case-by-case.

Countries where returns are possible

Returned items are accepted regardless of the country of shipment.

Return period and steps to return a product

Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving the product.

To register a return, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to info@obstacleshop.com
In the email, mention your order number and the products you wish to return.
We will review your request.
You will receive the return instructions and return address by email.
Send the products back according to these instructions.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.

Return conditions

The product must be unused and in its original condition. If reasonably possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging.

Please include a copy of the order confirmation or the order number in the return process.

Refund process

Once we have received and inspected your return, the amount will be refunded within 7 days using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
