We ship the packages via DPD including Track and Trace. Stock items are shipped within 1 to 2 days (Mon-Fri).
For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we use free shipping from € 100.
Exceptions to this are pallets and large-volume transport. Pallets and large volume transport go through a transport company and this takes extra days.

We think it is important that you can use our products without any problems and do everything to deliver products with high quality and a long lifespan. In the case of a faulty product, you are entitled to free repair, a new product or a refund of the purchase price. For more information, see Warranty.


Do you want to return a product?

  • Contact us by filling in the contact form or send us an email.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The costs for the return shipment are for yourself.
  • Items may not show visible signs of use.
