TRX

The idea for the TRX (Total-body Resistance Exercise) came from a Navy Seal and was born out of the need to stay in shape while on the job.

The principles are simple: hang the TRX, grab the handles and work against gravity to build muscle and burn fat. The instability caused by the hanging straps creates forces that can hardly be simulated with weights.
