These Grips are equipped with a stainless steel hook and are available in three types: Ninja Hook Stick, Ninja Hook T-bar and the Ninja Hook Ball.

If you want extra training possibilities, buy the mounting strap with stainless steel ring. When you hang the rings one after the other, you train your strength and your hand-eye coordination.
