These set of 2 Ninja Hooks are a great addition to an obstacle course.

The Grips are available in Balls, Sticks and T-Bar with stainless steel hooks.

If you want extra training possibilities, buy the mounting strap with stainless steel ring. When you hang the rings one after the other, you train your strength and your hand-eye coordination.
