The Salmon Ladder, known from Ninja Warrior and OCR, is a challenging obstacle where technique, strength, and explosiveness come together. Using the bar, you move yourself up step by step.

The Salmon Ladder is manufactured entirely from stainless steel. The rubber finish on the bar and the ladder provides extra grip and noise reduction. The bar is attached with stainless steel chains.
