The Salmon Ladder, known from Ninja warrior and OCR is a very challenging exercise. With the help of the bar you move yourself upwards.

The salmon ladder is made entirely of stainless steel. The rubber finish on the bar and ladder provides sound absorption. The bar is attached to steel cables and pulleys with weights.
