Note

Mounting straps can be ordered in various lengths; 30cm, 60cm, 80cm, 100cm, 120cm and 150cm. These are endless straps.

Use

If you have limited space you can train with two triangles and train the squeezing force in your hands and forearms. For practicing the technique of the swing, we recommend that you hang at least four triangles in a row. How many triangles you need in your obstacle course depends on your level. We recommend a distance of 75cm for beginners and 100cm for experienced users.
