Buy a set of rings?

This set of gymnastic rings is very suitable for training strength in your hands, arms and shoulders. If you hang a series of four or more rings in a row, you can practice the pendulum movement well and thus improve your coordination and body control.

The gymnastic rings, also called gym rings and fitness rings, fit well with training with the short ropes and Ninja Grips.
